Our gift cards (gift vouchers) are digital; there is no printed card or shipping. After payment, the card is prepared and sent digitally to you or directly to the recipient.

You can pay at our branch or by bank transfer. After your request, our team shares the payment details with you.
Which branch is the gift card valid at?
The gift card is valid at the branch you choose in the request form. We recommend choosing the branch that is easiest for the recipient to reach.
How long is the gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Within that time, the recipient can book any day at the branch.
Can I get a refund or change the date?
Yes, refunds and date changes are possible for gift cards. For the conditions, please contact the branch where the gift card is valid.
Which treatments can be given as a gift?
Every treatment can be given as a gift: classic and Far Eastern massages, the Turkish hammam and Ottoman palace hammam rituals, and facials such as the gold and milk masks.
Can I add a message to the gift card?
Yes. The short message you write in the gift message field of the request form appears on the gift card.
