Which Istanbul districts are your branches in?
We have five branches in Istanbul: Rotta Hotel in Bagcilar, Ramada Hotel in Fatih, Milord Hotel in Sisli–Mecidiyekoy, Grand Makel Hotel in Zeytinburnu–Topkapi and Green Park Hotel in Pendik. In Izmir, we also have a branch at Folkart Towers in Bayrakli.
What are your opening hours?
Our branches are open seven days a week: our Istanbul branches from 10:00 to 23:00 and our Izmir Folkart Towers branch from 10:00 to 22:00. We recommend booking ahead to avoid waiting at peak times.
Are the same treatments available at every branch?
All five of our Istanbul branches offer the same 21 treatments. Our Folkart Towers branch in Izmir has its own menu of 32 treatments. You can see each branch's treatments on its branch page.
How do I book a massage?
Use the online booking form to choose a branch, treatment, date and time, or contact your branch by WhatsApp or phone. For weekends and special days we recommend booking a few days ahead.
How do I choose the right massage?
For a first massage, Classic Swedish Massage is a good start. For settled muscle tension choose Deep Tissue Massage, for recovery after sport Sports Massage, and for an oil-free session Traditional Thai or Shiatsu Massage. If you are unsure, the Spa Guide on our site suggests suitable treatments after a few questions.

Yes. On our gift card page you can choose the occasion and the treatment to request a personalised gift card; our team will then get in touch with you.
