About
The classic Swedish massage is the foundational technique of modern European massage. It combines medium-pressure effleurage (long glide strokes), petrissage (kneading) and friction movements. Strokes directed toward the heart support blood and lymph circulation.
The session begins with warmed aromatherapy oil. Back, shoulders, neck, arms and legs are worked in sequence; the 70-minute option also includes foot and head massage. Pressure is light-to-medium.
Suitable for those new to massage or seeking general relaxation. A 15-minute rest with herbal tea follows. Drinking plenty of water for 24 hours extends the effect.
