Anti-cellulite massage is a manual therapy applied with steady pressure and rhythmic movements to stimulate lymphatic circulation and improve tissue surface. It involves more intense pressure than a classic relaxation massage.

The session begins with citrus-noted firming oils (grapefruit, cedar, rosemary) applied to legs, hips, abdomen and arms. Deep kneading (petrissage), pinch-and-roll movements and palpate-rouler techniques are used.

For visible results, a program of 6-10 sessions, twice weekly, is recommended. Best results come paired with regular hydration, light cardiovascular activity and a balanced diet. Avoid intense exercise for 24 hours after the session.
