The milk mask is a gentle facial that draws on the natural content of milk. The lactic acid in milk has a light exfoliating effect on the skin's surface, while milk fats and proteins moisturise the skin and support its natural barrier. Thanks to its pH-balanced, fragrance-free formula, it is especially suited to dry, sensitive and irritated skin.
How is the treatment applied?
- Cleansing: A light facial cleanse removes make-up and the day's residue.
- Mask: The warm milk mask is applied to the face, neck and décolletage.
- Rest and massage: The mask stays on for about 15 minutes, during which you receive a gentle shoulder and neck massage.
- Closing: The mask is removed and the skin is balanced with toner, followed by herbal tea.
The treatment lasts 20 minutes in total, with a very light touch.

What are the benefits of Milk Mask?

The result is skin that looks softer, more hydrated and more rested. It is especially suited to dry and sensitive skin, and the effect varies from person to person.
Does a milk mask remove dark spots?
No, a milk mask is not a treatment for pigmentation. The gentle exfoliating effect of lactic acid can help the skin look brighter and more even, but for noticeable dark spots we recommend seeing a dermatologist.
Does putting milk on your face at home have the same effect?
Not exactly. The milk mask used in the treatment is a product made for the skin — pH-balanced and fragrance-free — and it is applied together with cleansing and toning steps. If you use raw milk at home, pay attention to hygiene and try it on a small area first.
How often should I have a milk mask?
For moisture support we recommend every two weeks. It also works as a one-off treatment and is a good choice for a rested look before a special day.
