By visiting the Aqua Plus Spa & Wellness ("Aqua Plus") website or using our services, you agree to the terms of use set out below. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the site.
Use of the Website
The content on our website is for information only and may be changed without prior notice. You may view content for personal, non-commercial purposes; copying, reproducing or republishing without permission is prohibited.
Account and Accurate Information
When completing reservation or contact forms you agree to provide accurate and current information. If false or misleading information is provided, Aqua Plus reserves the right to refuse the service.
Reservation Terms
- Reservations are created for a specific date, time and branch you select.
- Confirmation is delivered by email or WhatsApp.
- Please arrive at the branch at least 15 minutes before your reservation time.
- Conditions such as pregnancy, heart disease or allergies must be reported at the time of booking; some rituals may not be available in such cases.
- Aqua Plus reserves the right to refuse or reschedule reservations where necessary.
Cancellation and Changes
- You may cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the amount paid.
- No-shows are charged the full amount.
- Gift packages and special promotions may have separate cancellation rules, communicated at the time of purchase.
Payment
Payments are accepted through the secure online payment page or in our branches by credit card or cash. All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY); for international payments your bank's current exchange rate applies.
Health and Safety
Our spa and wellness services are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have an existing health condition, please consult your doctor before booking. Guests are required to follow all facility, safety and hygiene guidelines during their visit.
Intellectual Property
All text, imagery, logos, trademarks, video and design on the site are owned by Aqua Plus or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Aqua Plus is not liable for damages arising from force majeure, third-party service interruptions or the user's own fault. Indirect damages that may occur during the use of the site are limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts and execution offices of Istanbul.
Changes
Aqua Plus reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
